But how are citizens' photos captured?
Most of the photos of the citizens are already available to the authorities, since they are already used for electronic documents, and available in the databases of the registry offices, the offices of the motorizations, of the passports.
Through the so-called "block chains" technologies (and/or by NFC or equivalent), they can be easily and safely combined with the citizen's health QR code
And how do we deal with citizens who do not have an electronic document?
It will be possible to arrange multiple possibilities to match the electronic picture of the citizen to the QR code of the vaccine, for example through the vaccination centers when carrying out or recalling vaccines, or at pharmacies (which are connected to the health centers of the public authority ) when of making a sanitary swab
What if I don't have a "smart device" to use my Visual Green Pass®?
No problem, the Visual Green Pass® can also be provided in physical format, since the QR code will always be the same, and in the control phase it will always allow you to associate the bearer's image with the associated vaccination position in case of verification.
